Your new role
In this role, you will be part of the Master Data Operational team, where your primary responsibilities will include:
- Creating and maintaining master data for finished goods, bulk products, and packaging materials in SAP.
- Ensuring compliance with GMP and GXP standards in all master data processes.
- Supporting operational tasks related to change requests and cross-functional projects related to master data for new launches etc.
- Contributing to process optimization by identifying improvement opportunities and supporting automation initiatives.
- Maintaining and updating SOPs related to packaging compliance and master data to align with regulatory requirements.
The work is centred around consistent and repetitive processes that ensure stability and compliance – a central aspect of working with master data, where precision and structure are crucial to maintaining the quality of our products and processes.

Your future team
Packaging Compliance & Master Data (PC&MD) is part of Lundbeck’s Pharmaceutical Production & Supply Chain division, located at our headquarters in Valby, Denmark. You will join our team in PCM&MD in the Master Data Operation team with 3 colleagues. We pride ourselves on fostering a supportive and collaborative culture, where we work closely together to ensure the highest standards of quality and compliance. As Master Data Coordinator, you will report to the Manager of PCM&MD and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization
PC&MD is a part of Lundbeck’s global Supply Chain organization within our Product Development & Supply Division and we are based in Lundbeck’s headquarters in Valby.

What you bring to the team
We are looking for a candidate who can bring the following to the role:
- Experience in creating and maintaining master data, preferably in SAP.
- Knowledge of GMP/GXP standards and compliance requirements (experience in the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage).
- Knowledge of Supply Chain/Operations process flows.
- Fluency in Danish is required, as SOPs and procedure.s are in Danish.
- A structured and detail-oriented mindset with a focus on quality.
- You thrive on managing multiple tasks simultaneously and confidently engage with diverse stakeholders across the organization.
You are a true team player with a positive attitude and a proactive approach to improving processes. You thrive in a busy environment and enjoy collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders across the organization.
