SuccessFactors Module Owner and Digital Project Manager
Are you looking for an opportunity to grow in a global organization and use your skills within SAP SuccessFactors? This is a temporary 6-month position where you will join us as a Module Owner and Digital Project Manager in People & Culture at Lundbeck. In this role, you will work closely with colleagues based in Denmark, our global People & Culture community, and our shared services center in Krakow, Poland.
Your new role
In your role, you will primarily be working with SAP SuccessFactors but also other systems which are or will be part of our systems landscape. You will be an advisor and expert within the systems where your responsibility is to create a great user experience while supporting the different HR activities. You are expected to take ownership, and to proactively seek optimal solutions with relevant stakeholders and drive projects forward.
In addition, you will be responsible for:
- As a Module Owner of SuccessFactors modules, continuously assess and enhance the value of our existing platform to ensure it supports our people and business needs.
- Lead projects where you identify needs and solutions from idea to Go Live, including requirement gathering, solution design and ensuring quality in execution
- Engage with internal business stakeholders to understand future demands and provide inspiration to find the best solutions and create the best user experience, working closely with our third-party vendor to ensure inspiration and continuous improvement.
- Take ownership of digital enablement of HR processes to fit our company strategy
- Secure that the data quality in the HR systems is always at the highest level.
Your future team
You will become part of our Digital Experience team in the People & Culture organization and join 50+ P&C colleagues at our headquarters in Copenhagen. In P&C, we partner with the business to create meaningful impact. Our size allows us to work in specialist teams without ending up in silos, as we make it a priority to work cross-functionally.

The position is based in Copenhagen, Denmark.
What you bring to the team
You have at least 3-4 years of experience working with SuccessFactors. Previous experience working in a global organization is an advantage but not required.
We imagine that you will bring the following with you:
- A passion for IT, AI and digitalization
- Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors incl. one or more modules
- A collaborative mindset and strong stakeholder management capabilities
- Ability to independently manage own activities and deliverables
- Eagerness to learn, grow skills and take responsibility
