Your future team
You will lead two teams with a total of 16 employees: nine in Production Cleaning and seven in Site Services. Production Cleaning is a business-critical area responsible for delivering high-quality cleaning in a regulated pharmaceutical production environment, while Site Services covers a broad range of services supporting the daily operation of our Valby site, including outdoor services, waste management, pest control, mail and goods receiving. Selected services, such as winter services and grounds maintenance, are delivered in collaboration with external service providers.
The teams are part of the Security & Service department within Facilities and HS&E, where you will work closely with your management colleagues. You will join a management team of five colleagues and a dynamic workplace with a strong focus on development, collaboration and continuous improvement.
Our culture is characterized by trust and a continuous focus on improving our services and processes. We are firm believers in freedom within our own areas of responsibility and in the positive effect of having good colleagues around us. We enjoy sharing and celebrating small successes and value close team relationships when challenges are being addressed. You will join a strong community with a passion for service and operational excellence.
The position is based in Valby, Denmark.
