Program Manager, Global People Development

Your new role
We are looking for an enthusiastic colleague to join us in streamlining all processes related to planning, coordinating, executing, and communicating GPD programs and deliveries.
Your key ongoing priorities will include:

Planning, coordinating, and supporting execution of programs, taking ownership of practical aspects and tasks to set the GPD team for effective delivery.

Communicating with participants on practicalities before and after the programs, including being the primary owner of GPD mailbox.

Collaborating with external vendors to ensure execution of programs, selecting new vendors, if required.

Coordinating all financial aspects related to events and programs, including input to budgeting, vendor communications, invoice management, and expense tracking to ensure financial accountability and transparency.

Developing timelines and managing resources, i.e. coordinating ongoing task lists of GPD student assistants, to ensure all deadlines are met.

Monitoring the progress of programs, preparing materials on ROI of learning deliveries, conducting evaluations of deliveries following events to assess effectiveness, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement.

Developing and managing communication related to GPD activities, ensuring consistent messaging across all internal and external media platforms. Creating engaging presentations and materials to effectively convey program objectives and outcomes.
This role requires great communications skills, creativity, ability to work collaboratively internally and externally and project management mindset. In this role, you will become a natural “go-to” person for both GPD team and vendors.

Our Global People Development team of 8 is part of a Global Talent Center of Excellence based at our head office in Valby, Copenhagen. It is an exciting moment to join as we are currently expanding our people development offerings.

What you bring to the team
You are a highly organized, positive, and solution-oriented person, excited about learning and development and creating fantastic learning experience for all. Your ideal qualifications include:

Bachelor’s degree or relevant certifications in Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Several years of proven experience in event coordination, program management or another relevant professional field.

Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all tasks.
-
Ability to maintain a structured approach while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
-
Verbal and written communication skills are critical, including ability to convey information clearly to diverse audiences.
-
Demonstrated experience in developing communication plans, creating presentations, and managing communication packages, including drafting articles and social media posts.

Fluency in English is a requirement.
Seniority of the position will be based on your experience and qualifications.
The position is based at our headquarters in Copenhagen, Denmark. We offer flexible working hours and the ability to work from home, but regular on-site presence is required. We ask that candidates have existing working rights in Denmark, and we do not offer support for relocation to Denmark.
