Join us to lead projects within compliance, sustainability and legal, while supporting Lundbeck’s vision to improve the quality of life for people living with brain diseases.
In Corporate Compliance & Sustainability, we are responsible for the continuous development of Lundbeck’s Compliance Program, Sustainability Strategy and related global business processes. We operate as trusted advisors to Lundbeck globally and transform complex requirements into operational processes for our colleagues.
Your role
As Project Manager in the Project Office team you will lead projects with a global reach and contribute with the strategic development of the Compliance Program.
You bring professional knowledge about compliance requirements into the projects you lead and create results that strengthens Lundbeck’s global compliance performance.
In 2021, you will be responsible for our global compliance training where you will plan, develop and execute training for our 5,800 employees. Other projects can include optimisation of existing global processes e.g. related to transparency and disclosure or implementation of updates to Pharmaceutical Industry Codes.
Your qualifications
Our preferred candidate has a relevant academic background and 3-5 years’ experience as Project Manager or compliance/ethics specialist. You:
- Can present a track record of managing projects and have one or more project management certifications e.g. PRINCE2, IPMA, PMI, SAFe
- Understand the corporate side of compliance and sustainability and want to deepen your knowledge about e.g. IFPMA Code of Practice, UN Global Compact, GDPR, UK Bribery Act or other transnational regulations
- Have excellent communication skills both verbal and written and know how to approach different stakeholders at all levels
- Are ambitious and have a strong business acumen
