Are you passionate about matching talents and roles? Lundbeck is searching for a passionate recruitment and inhouse sourcing professional who can support us in our continuous journey of finding the right people in our quest to restore brain health so every person can be their best.
You will be working closely with HR business Partners, hiring managers, external agencies and the recruitment team to ensure that we attract and source the right competencies and talents.
You will be part of the Recruitment team and will be reporting to the Senior Director of Recruitment. You will be working out of our headquarter office in Valby
Your job and key responsibilities
The recruitment and inhouse sourcing professional will primarily support hiring managers in the recruitment process, always ensuring a good candidate experience. You will primarily be working with our R&D organisation.
Furthermore, you will be responsible for our external partners such as agencies/headhunters and our system providers.
The daily job:
- Developing sourcing strategies to identify and engage with relevant active and passive candidates.
- Source, screen and telephone interview candidates for open vacancies.
- Lead intake meetings to define and agree on role requirements and recruitment
- Prepare, drive and debrief on second interviews
- Provide a first-class candidate experience to potential new Lundbeck employees and help communicate and strengthen the Lundbeck Employer Brand.
- Ensure compliance with systems and processes

Qualifications
To succeed in this role we expect you to bring:
- A university degree and 4+ years of experience gained in either the internal recruitment function of a corporate environment or from a talent acquisition business (recruitment agency).
- The ability to work with a sense of urgency and be able to successfully navigate changing priorities. You anticipate issues before they reach crisis point and you possess effective problem-solving skills
- An outgoing and action-oriented personal style with a strong analytical sense
- Fluent level of both Danish and English is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships internally and externally.
- Excellent planning and prioritisation skills.
- Besides recruitment it would be an advantage if you have experience with employer branding activities
