You can expect a leadership style that encourages ownership, supports development and values open dialogue.
This role offers a unique opportunity to influence access and pricing decisions across several European markets while building strong partnerships with regional and global stakeholders.
What you bring to the team

- Strong knowledge of European healthcare systems, HTA processes and reimbursement frameworks
- Experience working across multiple countries and navigating complex matrix organizations
As a person, you are collaborative, proactive and comfortable managing multiple priorities. You communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and can translate complex evidence into compelling value narratives. Fluency in English is required, while Dutch/Flemish and/or French would be an advantage. You are also willing to travel regularly across the region.
