Your new role – why is this a great opportunity?
As member of Global Compliance, you will be working closely with the global organization and quickly build a Lundbeck network. Your main responsibility will be to manage Lundbeck’s global Compliance Hotline and conduct investigations in collaboration with internal stakeholders. The role includes the following accountabilities:
- Coordinating, conducting and monitoring compliance investigations
- Driving the ongoing development of investigation approaches
- Providing advice on healthcare compliance and anti-corruption matters
- Facilitating cross-functional audit coverage of the Lundbeck’s Code of Conduct
- Preparing compliance reports to Executive Management and the Board of Directors

What you bring to the team
We expect that you have +5 years’ experience within business ethics compliance and investigations, preferably within in the life-science industry, but otherwise from a global company or a consultancy firm. Furthermore, you should have:
- Relevant academic background within law, finance, business, or science
- Solid experience leading investigations internationally
- Broad understanding of transnational compliance regulations
How your colleagues would describe you
- You have great stakeholder management and communication skills
- You have comfort with managing multiple, complex tasks
- You have knowledge of forensic investigation techniques
