Your new role

As the Head of Medical Documentation, you will lead and manage the Medical Documentation department. A key focus of your role will be driving the digital transformation and enhancing R&D productivity through change management initiatives, implementation of innovative digital platforms, and upskilling team members in the organization. You will foster cross-functional collaboration to optimize regulatory submission processes, ensuring efficiency in time, resource allocation, and quality, while providing state-of-the-art medical writing expertise to support Global Clinical Development and regulatory strategies for both development projects and marketed products.

You will be responsible for ensuring effective resource and budget planning to achieve our strategic goals while maintaining the highest quality standards, including oversight of outsourced tasks.

 

Your future team

Medical Documentation is a part of Global Regulatory Affairs, Medical Documentation and R&D Quality (GRAMDQ) and our office is located in Valby. We are a global organisation within Global R&D with colleagues located in key national and regional hubs as well as in Denmark, where this position is placed. GRAMDQ is a people-centric organization, focused on cross-functional collaboration and strategic leadership across the value chain. We provide innovative solutions through our expertise, to drive our pipeline and secure life-changing therapies to people, so every person can be their BEST.

 

The position is based in Valby, Denmark

 

What you bring to the team

For you to be successful in this position you will need a solid medical writing experience combined with a strong digital understanding and hands-on experience. It is important that you have experience with digital transformation of medical documentation, as this will be one of your key deliveries.

You are a proactive, cross-functional collaborator with an inspiring strategic mindset.

From a leadership perspective the ability to support, inspire and motivate a highly competent medical writing team is critical and leading through the good example is important. 

You thrive in building high-performance teams and serve as a sparring partner to your employees as well with your stakeholders.
