Your new role

 

As Senior Health and well-being advisor, you will be responsible for shaping and continuously improving Lundbeck's work on psychological work environment as well as physical health and well-being. Your key responsibilities will be: 

 

  •        Develop and drive initiatives within psychological work environment/mental well-being.
  •        Create and run campaigns regarding physical health and mental well-being.
  •        Design and conduct courses/training/workshops related to physical health and mental well-being.
  •        Oversee and manage Lundbeck’s well-being and stress prevention program.
  •        Be HS partner/advisor for administrative areas and facilitate health network in the organisation.
  •        Ensure close collaboration with People & Culture/HR.

 

Your future team

 

You will be working in Lundbeck’s headquarter in Valby, Copenhagen, reporting to Senior Director of Corporate Health, Safety & Environment. The department ensures HSE compliance and is responsible for the development of Lundbeck’s HSE strategy and the execution of related strategic projects, systems, campaigns etc. 

 

To ensure this, we work proactively with the line of business and the HSE organisation to integrate HSE considerations into projects, processes, and systems throughout the value chain.

 

You will be a of our Health & Safety team, which is a part of our department of 13 highly skilled and dedicated employees, who support the entire organization across the world.

What you bring to the team

 

Our preferred candidate has the following qualifications:

 

  •       Relevant educational background.
  •       Experience from a similar position in an international organisation.
  •       Deep knowledge on work environment, specifically health promotion and mental well-being.
  •       Experience with implementation of cross organisational initiatives and change management.
  •       Minimum of 3 years of advisory service regarding work environment.
  •       Advanced written and verbal communication skills in both Danish and English.
