Senior Manager, HR Digital Experience (HRIS)
Are you a leader with substantial experience in HRIS and a clear focus on user experience? Then you could be our next Head of HR Digital Experience!
Your new role
As Senior Manager, you will build a strong, engaged team with clear ownership, priorities, and development, enabling sustainable delivery and continuous improvement. Further, you will manage our portfolio of digital initiatives and work hands-on to run and optimize our SAP SuccessFactors suite in support of our people strategy. In 2026, development activities for the team include:
- Full review, optimization and AI enablement of SuccessFactors.
- Succession & Development module implementation.
- Onboarding module roll-out to additional countries.
- Further development of LMS.
- Improving foundation for people analytics.
You will work closely with HR process owners, our external implementation partner, IT and our shared services center in Cracow, Poland. We are deeply committed to making AI an integrated part of how we work across Lundbeck and you will drive that development in SuccessFactors. To ensure maximum value of our investments, you will apply a structured approach to product management and ensure close alignment with all key stakeholders.
Your future team
HR Digital Experience is a part of People Relations & Technology within People, Culture & Sustainability. You will lead a team of three module owners and our external implementation partner as well as the collaboration with our subject matter experts in our shared services center. The position is based in Copenhagen, Denmark.
What you bring to the team
You are an experienced leader within HRIS with a strong user-centric mindset. You are highly skilled in stakeholder management and thrive working in an international environment. In addition, you bring:
- Deep knowledge about HRIS, preferably SuccessFactors, and ability to analyze complex system relations – potentially with certifications in SuccessFactors or other HRIS.
- Structured approach to product management based on proven methodologies.
- Extensive experience working with multinational organizations, e.g. from a SuccessFactors implementation partner or headquarters of a multinational organization.
- Knowledge and methodologies for working with user experience across the employee lifecycle.
- Proven ability to lead, develop, and empower specialists in a complex, changing environment.
You thrive in continually optimizing modules and creating a solid, AI-enabled HRIS which is our largest interface between People & Culture and the rest of the organization.
