Senior Manager, Production IT Systems
Are you motivated by shaping the governance setup and operation of key and global Production IT Systems on our Production Sites? In this leadership role you will, in close collaboration with stakeholders on our sites and in Global IT, drive the agenda related to operation, maintenance and governance of our Global MES - and – Historian Solution. Furthermore, the team is responsible for driving the governance of SAP (Make) globally.
Your new role
You will work closely together with our on-going MES Program and stakeholders on production sites and be accountable for ensuring the Production IT Systems are operated with a high level of robustness and compliance.
- Overall responsible for Operation and Maintenance of our Global MES platform (PAS-X) and - Historian platform (Inmation).
- Own and maintain the PAS-X- and Inmation System Strategy and Roadmap.
- Coordinate activities closely with MES program and stakeholders on production sites.
- Ensure audit/inspection readiness and compliance (GxP, FDA and EMA).
- Lead, oversee and develop team members.
- Supplier management and service management.
- Drive Operational Governance for PAS-X, Inmation and SAP (MAKE).
As overall responsible for the deliverables in the team, it is expected that you will participate actively in the team’s deliverables.
Your future team
You will be joining a newly established team consisting of highly qualified Subject Matter Experts specialized within the IT System/platform they support. The team is part of a department called Digitalization and IT, which is anchored in Lundbeck Production and Supply Division (PDS). We are characterized by:

What you bring to the team
- IT/Engineering degree (B.Sc., M.Sc.) or similar.
- + 3 years of experience with Management within IT organization.
- + 3 years of experience with IT System Management within GxP-environment.
- Good understanding of MES/PAS-X (Beneficial, but not essential).
- Proven Stakeholder Management skills for all levels of the organization.
