Senior Operations Manager, Specialty and Pipeline, Global Medical Affairs
You could be our next Senior Operations Manager, supporting Lundbeck’s mission to improve the lives of people living with brain disorders. In this role, you’ll lead coordination of medical projects and activities, providing essential operational and strategic support to our medical advisors and cross-functional teams.
Your new role
You will be responsible for supporting VP and Specialty and Pipeline Leadership team and helping with team activities, project management, budgeting and execution of medical activities across Lundbeck’s Neuro and Psychiatry specialty products and pipeline assets. You’ll manage projects independently, oversee budgets and contracts, and contribute to omnichannel customer engagement and KPI tracking. In this role you will interact with colleagues from affiliates and other HQ functions.
You will also:
- Collaborate with Marketing and Global Congress & Events on cross-functional initiatives
- Liaise with KOLs, external suppliers, and agencies
- Maintain internal webpages and KOL Management Systems including contracting and transparency reporting
- Ensure compliance with HCP-related activities
- Represent Medical Affairs in cross-functional projects with Legal, Corporate Sourcing, and others.

You will be part of Global Medical Affairs, reporting to the Vice President of Specialty & Pipeline, and working closely with medical advisors and other operations managers. The position is based in Valby, Denmark.
What you bring to the team
- You have bachelor or higher degree in science or business
- You are a strategic and agile project manager with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in medical operations or project management within a healthcare or pharmaceutical setting
- Ability to manage budgets, contracts, and cross-functional projects
- Strong understanding of compliance regulations and medical affairs processes
- Service-minded and strong collaborative skills.
- Proficiency in reviewing and challenging third-party proposals
- You instill trust, act with agility, and are passionate about developing talent and driving impactful medical activities
