Your new role
In this position, you will act as a trusted partner to SVP leaders and play a key role in supporting the people agenda across their organizations.
You will work closely with SVPs and SVP-1 leaders, the full HRBP team, P&C Centers of Excellence, GBS/HR Operations, and relevant partners across Finance, Legal, Communications, and Transformation.
As Senior P&C Business Partner, your main responsibilities are:
- Translate EVP and business-area people strategy into actionable priorities for SVP organizations.
- Facilitate workforce planning, talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership pipeline development for SVP and SVP-1 roles.
- Drive and coordinate the implementation of strategic P&C initiatives within the SVP area, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Connect senior leadership intent with practical people actions, ensuring managers and teams understand and execute priorities.
- Support transformation and change initiatives, including organization design, change readiness, communication, and adoption.
- Use data and insights to identify organizational trends and recommend targeted interventions.
- Support leadership effectiveness, team performance, and culture initiatives within the SVP area.
Your future team
You will be part of PC&S and the Business Partnering organization, working closely with the Head of Business Partnering and with senior stakeholders across Lundbeck. In this role you will also be functionally responsible for the local HR Directors who are based across Europe, Canada, APAC and Brazil.
The position is based in Denmark.
What you bring to the team
- Advanced degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Extensive experience in strategic HR business partnering, preferably in global or regional roles.
- Proven track record in workforce planning, talent management, and organizational transformation.
- Strong ability to influence senior leaders and align cross-functional teams to shared priorities.
- Experience managing complex change initiatives and organizational design projects.
- Proficiency in leveraging data and insights to drive decision-making and targeted interventions.
- Ability to convert strategy into practical plans, milestones, and stakeholder actions.
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills across P&C, business leadership, and enabling functions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex people topics into clear messages for leaders and managers.
- Ability to manage ambiguity, drive results, and adapt your approach across strategic discussions, tactical planning, and implementation needs.
- A structured, proactive approach with a focus on improving how people initiatives are implemented across the business area.

Anuual base salary range: (786 000 - 1 081 300) DKK gross
At Lundbeck, we are committed to fair and transparent pay. Please note that the final base salary within the stated range will be based on relevant qualifications, skills, competencies, and level of proficiency as well as internal pay equity.
