Welcome to Department Project Management Processes & Systems

The department consists of 4 dedicated colleagues working primarily with project and vendor management and business challenges in relation to processes & how to best support processes with various systems and applications. You will join the Project Management Processes & Systems department within Medical & Regulatory Science and work in close collaboration with highly qualified colleagues and business sponsors. Our involvement supports the enhancement of cross-functional alignment in order to continuously improve efficiency, collaboration and knowledge sharing as realised benefits from process & system improvements projects.

 

The job is located in Valby, Copenhagen Area

 

Your job and key responsibilities

As our new Senior Project Manager, it will be your responsibility to lead programs / projects in a professional manner. You will engage with a broad set of project members and stakeholders within Medical & Regulatory Sciences such as Regulatory Affairs, Pharmacovigilance, Medical Affairs and Medical, Regulatory and Clinical QA as well as with other functions in R&D, Commercial; Corporate IT, Sourcing functions as well as vendors.

 

You will play a key role in planning, organizing and executing all phases of the project from project scoping, through execution, implementation as well as ensuring a smooth hand-over to Line of Business for them to take over daily operations and maintenance.

 

The type of projects you will lead will be process and/or IT system optimisations mostly within the GxP areas and spanning across functions & geographies. Projects will be prioritised based on business needs. They will vary from early investigation to define a project, to deliver set-up of new processes, major updates of processes, implementation of new global IT application or larger system upgrade projects.

Qualifications

You come with a solid knowledge of the project management discipline and more than 5 years’ experience as project manager.

 

Preferred qualifications cover:

  • High personal drive and focus on delivering on scope, time and budget at appropriate quality within GxP areas
  • Excellent soft skills to ensure confidence in managing and leading project stakeholders, Program/Steering committees and teams
  • Experience with change management
  • Ability and experience with being a challenger, problem solver and negotiator
  • Experience with vendor management and collaboration
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Fluent in English as this job requires communication with international stakeholders
