Your new role

As Senior Specialist, AI & Digital Adoption Strategist, you will play a key role in driving Lundbeck’s enterprise AI and digital adoption journey across global business functions. You will partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to translate strategic ambitions into meaningful behavioral change and measurable business outcomes.

You will design and embed maturity-based adoption programs driving productivity and operational efficiencies across the enterprise. You will act as a trusted advisor, and guide leaders and teams through change, helping build organizational readiness, capability, and confidence in responsible AI adoption. You will have a chance to influence and co-create the AI and digital adoption strategy and global adoption frameworks. In this role you will also work on exciting and impactful organizational transformation projects that will shape how AI and digital capabilities are embedded in our organizational blueprint.

You will join the AI and Digital Adoption team within Enterprise Digital Enablement, based at our headquarters in Valby. We are a collaborative and forward-looking team passionate about enabling meaningful digital transformation across Lundbeck.

The position is based in Valby, Denmark.

What you bring to the team

You are a strategic and relationship-oriented professional who thrives in complex transformation environments and enjoys helping organizations navigate change. You combine strong stakeholder engagement skills with a pragmatic and user-centered approach to adoption and enablement.

You likely bring:

• 5+ years of experience within digital transformation, adoption, organizational change, or capability-building initiatives
• Strong experience partnering with senior stakeholders and translating strategy into actionable initiatives
• Experience driving change management, strategic communication, and adoption programs in global organizations
• A strong interest in AI and digital technologies and their organizational impact
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree within Business, IT, Digital Transformation, HR, or a related field

As a person, you are collaborative, proactive, and comfortable operating across both strategic and operational levels. You are motivated by creating impact through people, technology, and transformation.

Annual base salary range: 786 000 - 1 081 300 DKK gross.

At Lundbeck, we are committed to fair and transparent pay. Please note that the final base salary within the stated range will be based on relevant qualifications, skills, competencies, and level of proficiency as well as internal pay equity.
