Your new role

 

As Senior Specialist, AI & Digital Adoption Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in advancing Lundbeck’s enterprise-wide AI and digital adoption agenda across global business functions. Partnering closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams, you will help translate strategic ambitions into sustainable behavioral change and measurable business impact.


In this role, you will design and implement maturity-based adoption programs that accelerate productivity, strengthen operational efficiency, and drive enterprise transformation. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will guide leaders and teams through complex change initiatives, building organizational readiness, capability, and confidence in the responsible adoption of AI and digital technologies.


You will have the opportunity to shape and co-develop Lundbeck’s AI and digital adoption strategy, including global frameworks, governance approaches, and scalable adoption models. In addition, you will contribute to high-impact organizational transformation initiatives that will define how AI and digital capabilities are embedded into Lundbeck’s future organizational blueprint.

You will join the AI and Digital Adoption team within Enterprise Digital Enablement, based at our headquarters in Valby. We are a collaborative and forward-looking team passionate about enabling meaningful digital transformation across Lundbeck.

What you bring to the team

 

You are a strategic and relationship-oriented professional who thrives in complex transformation environments and enjoys helping organizations navigate change. You combine strong stakeholder engagement skills with a pragmatic and user-centered approach to adoption and enablement.

 

You likely bring:

  • 5+ years of experience within digital transformation, adoption, organizational change, or capability-building initiatives
  • Strong experience partnering with senior stakeholders and translating strategy into actionable initiatives
  • Experience driving change management, strategic communication, and adoption programs in global organizations
  • A strong interest in AI and digital technologies and their organizational impact
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree within Business, IT, Digital Transformation, HR, or a related field

 

As a person, you are collaborative, proactive, and comfortable operating across both strategic and operational levels. You are motivated by creating impact through people, technology, and transformation.

Annual base salary range: 786 000 - 1 081 300 DKK gross.

At Lundbeck, we are committed to fair and transparent pay. Please note that the final base salary within the stated range will be based on relevant qualifications, skills, competencies, and level of proficiency as well as internal pay equity.
