ServiceNow Platform Architect

Are you an experienced ServiceNow architect who thrives on shaping enterprise-wide platforms that deliver scalable, secure and business-critical digital services?

If so, you might be our next ServiceNow Platform Architect, helping define and evolve Lundbeck’s global ServiceNow platform.

Your new role

The Productivity and Collaboration area enables the global Lundbeck organization with modern, secure and efficient digital solutions—ensuring that information, workflows and enterprise services run smoothly across teams and geographies.

As our new ServiceNow Platform Architect, you will, in collaboration with colleagues in the team, drive the architecture and evolution of Lundbeck’s global ServiceNow platform. You will assess business needs, define end-to-end platform architecture and governance, and lead the delivery of scalable technical solutions across ServiceNow modules.

You will collaborate closely with Corporate Functions, People & Culture, IT colleagues and process owners to prioritize the platform roadmap, enhance platform capabilities, and ensure secure implementation of new features and integrations.

This is more than a configuration role—it's a unique opportunity to be part of shaping a core enterprise platform at a global scale and significantly influence how Lundbeck operates digitally.

Your future team

You will join Business IT Delivery, part of Global IT — Lundbeck’s Pharma IT powerhouse comprising solution architects and project managers partnering closely with all major business areas around the world.
Global IT includes ~130 highly skilled colleagues located across regions; all committed to delivering reliable and innovative technology solutions to more than 5,300 employees.

Our culture is rooted in trust, collaboration and knowledge sharing. We take pride in delivering high-quality solutions and maintaining a positive and engaging work environment. We work hard but also make room to enjoy time together, support one another, and celebrate success.

The position is based in Copenhagen, Denmark

What you bring to the team

You likely bring several of the following strengths:

  • Extensive experience working with ServiceNow in a global enterprise environment, ideally across multiple modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, App Engine, IRM, SAM, Integration Hub).
  • Proven experience as a ServiceNow architect, with strong understanding of platform scalability, performance, integrations and architectural best practices.
  • Ability to define and maintain platform standards, governance, lifecycle management and architectural documentation in a global setup.
  • ServiceNow development experience is a plus (JavaScript/Glide APIs, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes) and the ability to implement/configure solutions hands-on when needed.
  • Experience collaborating with LoB stakeholders to translate business needs into platform capabilities and to drive platform adoption.
  • Solid understanding of API-based integrations, security, compliance considerations and data models (especially CMDB).

Personal competencies:

  • A structured, pragmatic mindset and ability to navigate complexity.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration across functional teams and regions.
  • A curious, solution-oriented approach and ability to balance long-term architecture with fast-moving operational needs.
