Your new role
In this role, you will lead change management across enterprise strategic projects, driving adoption, smooth transitions, and organizational transformation through effective communication and stakeholder engagement within an aligned approach that support business readiness and long-term success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and drive change management plans for global strategic projects to enable smooth transitions and successful adoption across the organization.
- Lead change management activities that support key business initiatives and transformation efforts, ensuring high levels of engagement and minimal operational disruption.
- Assess potential risks associated with change initiatives and develop effective mitigation strategies to address challenges proactively.
- Track, evaluate, and report on the progress and impact of change initiatives, leveraging data and stakeholder feedback to refine strategies and improve results.
- Build strong partnerships across functions and regions to ensure change management efforts are fully integrated with business goals and organizational priorities.
- Contribute to the devolvement of change management across Lundbeck.

You will join Lundbeck’s People, Culture & Sustainability in the Organizational Development and Change Management CoE, reporting to Lisa Viklund. What you bring to the team
- You have a positive, can-do attitude and believe that effective collaboration is essential to delivering high-quality results.
- You bring solid business understanding and know how to align strategic priorities with practical execution in a global environment.
- You have a proven track record in successful delivery of complex change initiatives by driving engagement, building commitment, and reducing resistance, while enabling the organisation to move with the pace and agility required during large‑scale transformation.
- You are an excellent communicator, both written and verbal, and can tailor your messaging to different audiences across a global organization.
- You work well in dynamic environments and are confident in engaging with stakeholders across functions, levels, and geographies.
- You hold a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field and a certification within change management.
- You have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a global HR environment, with hands-on experience in global change management initiatives.
