Student Assistant – Corporate HR

Do you want to join a dynamic highly skilled HR department? We are looking for a Student Assistant who can actively take part in activities related to HR processes, systems and operations.

 

You will be part of a highly competent and dynamic Corporate HR engaged in strategic HR activities and HR services that support our line of business and the overall Lundbeck Strategy. You can expect a positive work environment with motivated colleagues and a diverse working day.

Your job and key responsibilities

The position offers opportunities to gain insight and experience in the daily activities of Corporate HR within a large and complex organization. Lundbeck is physically located in Copenhagen, close to many universities. Your working hours will be app. 20 hours per week, with flexibility during exam periods and semester breaks. We expect you to start as soon as possible.

 

HR Processes & Operations Department

In our HR Processes & Operations department we are 2 teams with a total of 9 colleagues who drives the global HR system agenda to support Lundbeck’s global HR processes as well as ensuring the daily operations of the DK payroll setup.

 

You will be involved in a very broad scope of activities, supporting both teams in the department as well as handling office related admin tasks with the 3 other Student Assistants in Corporate HR. This is a newly established position, giving you the opportunity to grow and shape the role.

 

You will have system and data related tasks in our HR system PeoplePoint (SuccessFactors) with responsibility of planning and coordinating quarterly system releases, including updating our test center. Furthermore, you will also extract and analyze relevant data in order to ensure a high HR data quality, which is one of our key focus areas.

On a recurring basis, you will be responsible for tasks around reimbursement and manually reporting of B-tax and you will also take up the lead to administer and communicate internally concerning Lundbeck’s employee benefit program Logbuy. As part of the team, you will also ensure that our training material for end uses is up-to-date and structured on our intranet, as well as taking part in daily operational and project related tasks on ad-hoc basis. 

You will report to our Process Specialist from the department.


Qualifications
You are organized, self-driven, detail oriented, curious and open for learning new systems. You are motivated by differentiated tasks, and you master both the overall planning and coordination as well as detailed routine tasks. You have a service minded attitude and take pride in solving tasks in a focused and timely manner.

 

You derive satisfaction from independently solving everyday problems using sound logic, and you are proactive in reaching out to colleagues to solve tasks.

 

In addition to the above mentioned, you:

  • Are currently in the beginning of your Bachelor studies e.g. HR, communications, business, IT or other relevant fields. Approach and interests are more important than the line of studies
  • Work structured and can balance differentiated tasks
  • Are interested in systems and not afraid of ‘learning-by-doing’. Knowledge with SAP or SuccessFactors is a benefit
  • Are a helpful colleague and team player
  • Have a can-do and proactive attitude
  • Are proficient in English and Danish (written and spoken)

You do not necessarily have experience within HR, however is curious to learn more.
