Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in customer engagement and event management, while working in a dynamic and multicultural team? Your structured approach and interest in learning could make you the perfect fit for our Global Congress & Events Center of Excellence (GC&E CoE) team within Global Customer Experience.
Your new role
As a Student Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our team with administrative tasks that are essential to delivering industry-leading customer experiences. You will process contracts, purchase orders, and invoices, while also contributing to manual data input and other project-related tasks.
This part-time position (20 hours per week) offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills in customer engagement and event management within the pharmaceutical sector. What you bring to the team
We are looking for a candidate who demonstrates:
- Interest in Learning: A strong interest in customer engagement and event management.
- Educational Background: Enrolment in a study program related to event or business management is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to structure workloads, prioritize tasks, and plan ahead effectively.
- Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to administrative tasks.
