Student Assistant, Inclusion, Diversity & Equity

Join our People,Culture & Sustainability department at Lundbeck and be part of contributing to the development and awareness initiatives that support the strategic roadmap of Inclusion, Diversity & Equity (ID&E). Working closely with the People Communications and ID&E teams, you will help activate initiatives that strengthen belonging, allyship and employee engagement across the organization.
Your new role
- Campaigns & initiatives: Support the planning and execution of awareness and allyship initiatives (e.g., wellbeing, culture, inclusion) to drive engagement across the organization.
- Design & production: Create on-brand visual assets and communication materials for internal campaigns and initiatives, and maintain relevant content on our intranet, Brainweb.
- Events coordination: Manage the events calendar and support event logistics.
- Team support: Collaborate with other PC&S student assistants and take on day-to-day practical tasks that help keep the team running smoothly.
Your future team
You’ll be based at our headquarters in Copenhagen and join the P,C&S - Center of Excellence with a focus within the Inclusion, Diversity & Equity (ID&E) department and in close collaboration with People Communications.

What you bring to the team
- Currently studying for a bachelor’s or master’s degree (preferably in the final year of a bachelor’s or beginning a master’s degree).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience with design tools (e.g. Canva) and interest in developing visual and video content.
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership.
- Comfortable balancing creative tasks with coordination and practical responsibilities.
- Interest in communication that supports culture, engagement and inclusion in a global organization.
- Analytical mindset and curiosity for how communication drives awareness and engagement.
We expect an average of 20 hours per week. Additional hours may occur during busy periods, and we are flexible during exam periods and semester breaks.
