Student Assistant, People & Culture (P&C) People Communications
Are you eager to gain extensive knowledge and insights into the daily operations of a P&C department within a large, complex organization? Join our People & Culture team and support our People Communications & Change Management in creating and supporting materials for P&C to ensure alignment with the company’s strategic goals and contribute to effective communication within the organization. The work requires a creative mindset, high adaptability and offers the opportunity to engage with stakeholders across the entire organization.
Your new role
-
Design: Create visual assets for communications campaigns to effectively convey messages, in line with our corporate brand guidelines and People & Culture’s brand.

Planning: Coordinate the communications calendar to ensure timely and organized dissemination of information.

Partner relations & delivery management: Coordinate with the translation agency, or local affiliates responsible for translation, to ensure timely local adaptation of corporate communications.

Communication: Edit and draft content for various communication channels, maintaining a consistent and professional approach, in Lundbeck’s and People & Culture’s tone of voice

Knowledge & Information Management: Review and update BrainWeb (intranet) pages and Teams sites to ensure content is current and accurate, and organized in a simple and accessible way.

Collaboration with the other student assistants within the People & Culture team supporting administrational tasks required.
Your future team
Located at our headquarters in Copenhagen, Denmark, you will be part of a team of 10 in the Organizational Development & Change Management Centre of Excellence. Our team consists of 10 dedicated P&C Business Partners. We are passionate about supporting P&C in optimizing deliverables to the organization in an aligned way, enhancing the user experience and maximizing impact. What you bring to the team

Currently studying for a bachelor’s or master’s degree (preferably in the final year of a bachelor’s or beginning a master’s degree).

Team-oriented and detail-focused, with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility.

Good communication and design skills

Ability to create visual assets using design software and video editing (Canva is our current platform)

Analytical mindset with a passion for data analysis.

Full proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
We expect an average of 20 hours per week, with some additional hours during busy periods. However, we are flexible and will accommodate your exam periods and semester breaks.
