Student Assistant, Talent Acquisition

Your new role

 

As our Student Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our employer branding activities and initiatives. You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to enhance Lundbeck’s visibility as an employer of choice and ensure we stand out in the competitive talent market.

 

Your primary tasks will include:

 

  • Planning and organizing our participation in career fairs and events
  • Assisting with the creation of presentations and relevant materials to promote Lundbeck’s employer brand and recruitment activities
  • Supporting recruitment-related tasks and providing administrative support, e.g., updating guides, coordinating with vendors, ordering merchandise, designing new material, etc.
  • Coordinating and assisting with team workshops, social activities and other events
  • Shared and ad hoc tasks across People & Culture (P&C), together with our other student assistants

 

Your days will be varied, and you will gain extensive insight into our daily work within a large, global organization. You will have the opportunity to build your network and gain significant responsibility along the way. We expect that you can work approximately 20 hours per week, and we are of course flexible during exam periods and semester breaks.

 

The position is based at our headquarters in Copenhagen, Denmark. Fully remote applications will not be considered.

 

Your future team

 

You will join a truly international Talent Acquisition team working across borders in Copenhagen and Krakow, Poland, where our Group Business Services (GBS) center is located. You will work closely with individual team members in both locations to ensure that we meet our hiring needs.

What you bring to the team

 

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented student who is enthusiastic about learning. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working collaboratively with colleagues.

 

You must be enrolled in a university bachelor or Master’s program in Denmark, and you bring the following qualifications:

 

  • A structured approach to planning – maintaining an overview and checking the details are important to you
  • A collaborative and “can-do” attitude with enthusiasm for new tasks, both big and small
  • Persistence when you meet challenges or roadblocks, and the ability to find practical solutions
  • Taking ownership of your tasks and ensuring necessary follow-up
  • Excellent communication skills in English
