Student Assistant (Graphic Designer/Video Producer) for Communications

Are you a visual storyteller with a passion for branding, graphic design and video production?

Join our dynamic Corporate Communications & Branding team, where creativity meets strategy! We are looking for a Student Assistant with a strong design sensibility who can help bring our brand to life across platforms.

Your new role

You have a solid eye for design, a creative mindset, and a desire to grow your skills in a professional environment. In this role, you will help us create (and maintain) visually compelling content that supports our brand strategy — ranging from campaigns, presentations and merchandise to video materials and internal communication assets.

We will accommodate your study schedule and ensure that you gain valuable hands-on experience. Your tasks will vary, and you'll gain insight into working with a dedicated in-house brand and communications team.

You'll have the opportunity to:

  • Get real-world experience in brand design within a global company with a strong purpose and a well-established visual identity.
  • Design eye-catching visuals for internal campaigns, presentations, digital platforms and more, all aligned with our brand expression.
  • Co-create engaging social media content alongside our in-house team, bringing stories to life through video, infographics or visuals across our global channels.
  • Work hands-on with our Brand Hub and templating systems and gain practical knowledge of how design governance works in a large organization.
  • Collaborate with agencies, freelancers and external partners, and gain insight into how creative projects are executed from brief to delivery.

Your future team

You’ll join a warm and welcoming team in Corporate Communications & Branding, where collaboration, creativity and a sense of purpose go hand-in-hand.

You’ll work closely with our Corporate Brand Lead, who will be your mentor and guide as you grow into the role. With many years of experience across a range of design disciplines, he’s genuinely passionate about branding and just as excited to share his knowledge as he is to help you grow.

We enjoy our work, support each other, and value your contribution from day one.

The position is based at our headquarters in Valby, Denmark.

What you bring to the team

You’re structured, curious and creatively driven. You enjoy the details just as much as the big picture. Ideally, you have:

  • A portfolio that demonstrates your design skills and thinking.
  • A feel for visual storytelling and the fundamentals of graphic design.
  • Familiarity with tools like Adobe, Canva or Figma — if you’ve got the basics, we’ll help you build the rest.
  • A positive, can-do attitude with good time management and team spirit.
  • A curious and learning mindset with an openness to feedback — you’re here to grow and kickstart your career, and we’re here to help with that.
