Student Assistant (Graphic Designer/Video Producer) for Communications
Are you a visual storyteller with a passion for branding, graphic design and video production?
Join our Corporate Communications & Public Affairs team, where creativity meets strategy. We are looking for a Student Assistant with a strong design sensibility who can help bring our brand and communications to life across platforms.
For this role, you must be currently enrolled in, or about to start, a relevant education. The position is based at our headquarters in Valby, where we expect you to be on-site 2–3 full days per week (up to a maximum of 20 hours).
Your new role
You have a strong eye for design, a creative mindset and an organised approach to your work, along with a desire to grow your skills in a professional environment.
Your tasks will vary, and you will get hands-on experience working with an in-house brand and communications team in a global organisation.
You will have the opportunity to:
- Build practical experience in brand design within a global company with a strong purpose and a well-established visual identity
- Design visuals for internal campaigns, presentations and digital platforms, all aligned with our brand expression
- Co-create social media content together with the team, bringing stories to life through video, infographics and visuals across our global channels
- Work hands-on with our Brand Hub and templating systems, and develop an understanding of how design governance works in practice
- Collaborate with agencies, freelancers and external partners, and see how creative projects are executed from brief to delivery
We will accommodate your study schedule and ensure that you develop valuable, relevant experience throughout your time with us.
Your future team
You will join a warm and welcoming team in Corporate Communications & Public Affairs, where collaboration, strategy, creativity and a sense of purpose go hand in hand.
We value collaboration, support each other in our work and aim to create an environment where you can contribute from day one.
What you bring to the team
You are structured, curious and creatively driven, and you enjoy working with both the details and the bigger picture.
Ideally, you have:
- A portfolio that demonstrates your design skills and thinking
- A feel for visual storytelling and the fundamentals of graphic design
- Familiarity with tools such as Adobe, Canva or Figma. If you have the basics, we will help you build the rest
- A positive, can-do attitude, with good time management and team spirit
- A learning mindset and openness to feedback, with a genuine interest in developing your skills
