Your new role
As a Student Assistant in the Global Evidence & Outcomes team, you are able to flex yourself into different roles and capabilities through your work on different activities with the team.
You will be the only Student Assistant in the team, as such, you will find yourself in a great learning environment, where all of your direct colleagues are established specialists and an Operations Manager with extensive experience and skills, and still be part of a student assistant network within Global Clinical Development and Lundbeck.
Most of your work will range across a wide variety of assignments, supporting the team – you will also be managing contracts with e.g. external stakeholders and Patient´s/HCP´s, relevant compliance registrations in our IT systems, support with archiving and documentation, purchase processes, handling of invoices, expense settlement, travel bookings, support with coordination of social events, practical organizing and ad. hoc administrative support.

The Global Evidence & Outcomes team, in Global Clinical Development, is a team of highly engaged experts within the field of Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR), Real-World Evidence (RWE) and Patient Centered Outcomes (PCO), anchored in the Global Clinical Development organization in Global Research & Development with colleagues located in Valby and Deerfield, US.
An exciting job in a major global pharmaceutical company, where you will be delegated considerable responsibility. With this responsibility also follows substantial room to grow personally and within the organization. The job involves working closely with colleagues, but also ample opportunities to show individual results.
We offer excellent opportunities for flexible working - e.g. for exams - but it is also expected that you show commitment during busy periods if needed. The working hours are 08-16 hours per week and the location is Valby, Copenhagen. What you bring to the team
Our preferred candidate has the following personal and professional qualifications:
- is preferable studying a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree within the Life Sciences such as Medical Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, Public Health, Health Economics, Sociology, Anthropology, Healthcare Innovation.
- is a dedicated team-player motivated by working in collaboration as well as individually
- is structured, detail-oriented
- has strong analytical skills and an understanding of digital, combined with a proactive mind-set
- is proficient with IT office-tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint)
- is proficiency in spoken and written English
- is eager to learn and deliver high quality work
- has a high level of energy, good sense of humor and the ability to stay focused while in a time-sensitive setting
- has a minimum of 2 years remaining of their studies
