Student Assistant - Investor Relations
Are you passionate about finance, data analysis, and communication of strategy to the investor community? Joining Lundbeck’s Investor Relations (IR) team offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience at the intersection of financial markets, valuation, and stakeholder communication while contributing to a company committed to restoring brain health.
Your new role
In this role, you will have the chance to:
- Support the preparation of financial analyses, valuation models, and investor materials.
- Assist in monitoring market and peer developments to inform management and investor communication.
- Help maintain and update the investor relations website and related communication channels.
- Contribute to quarterly and annual reporting materials, including earnings presentations and press releases.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders across Finance, Corporate Communications, and Strategy to ensure consistent and high-quality investor information.
This position is an excellent opportunity to deepen your understanding of corporate finance, capital markets, and strategic communication in a global pharmaceutical company with a meaningful mission.
As a part-time role (around 20 hours per week), it offers valuable hands-on experience alongside your studies.
Your future team
You will be part of Lundbeck’s Investor Relations team, located at our headquarters in Valby, Copenhagen. The team is responsible for communicating Lundbeck’s financial performance, strategy, and value creation to investors, analysts, and other stakeholders. We work closely with Executive Management, Finance, and Communications to ensure transparency and credibility in our external engagement.
What you bring to the team
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented student with strong analytical and communication skills. Our preferred candidate:
- Is currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field.
- Has strong analytical and quantitative skills, including experience with Excel and financial modelling.
- Has a keen interest in capital markets, corporate finance and valuation.
- Is structured, proactive, and able to work independently with attention to detail.
- Communicates clearly and effectively in English (both written and spoken).
- Experience with website content management or data visualization tools is an advantage but not required.
