Student Assistant Microsoft 365 (Temporary Position)

Are you a “get-things-done” person with a strong interest in Microsoft 365 and digital workplace technologies?

Would you like to make an impact in a dynamic, collaborative team and be at the forefront of Microsoft’s latest technologies?  This could be the ideal student opportunity for you.

We are looking for a hands-on and outcome-oriented student assistant to join our Microsoft 365 team.

Your new role

You will collaborate closely with Platform Architects. Your tasks will vary based on needs and may include:

  • Helping Platform Architects maintain smooth operations.
  • Keeping team backlogs current and well managed and promptly notifying Platform Architects of incidents.
  • Assisting in managing a support vendor agreement, ensuring good collaboration and work instructions are in place.
  • Preparing and delivering Microsoft 365 presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Planning and supporting Microsoft 365 knowledge-sharing and training sessions based on insights and technical guidance from Platform Architects.
  • Creating and updating Microsoft 365 articles, guides, and other communication materials.
  • Maintaining and updating SharePoint sites and content to keep information accurate, relevant, and easy to find.

We expect additional tasks related to planning, execution, and organizing, so you need to have an agile mindset.

Your future team

You will join the Microsoft 365 team within Lundbeck’s AI & Digital Foundation department, which is responsible for enabling modern, secure, and effective digital collaboration across the organization. Working closely with Platform Architects and other colleagues, you will support solutions and user adoption across Microsoft 365, including Teams, SharePoint, Copilot, and related digital workplace technologies.

The position is based in Valby, Denmark.

The position is temporary with 30 June 2027 as end-date.

What you bring to the team

  • Currently enrolled in the final year of a bachelor’s degree or in a master’s programme, preferably in IT, digital communication, business technology, computer science, or another relevant field.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications, SharePoint, Teams, Copilot or digital collaboration tools is an advantage, but not a requirement.
  • A strong willingness to learn new Microsoft 365 tools and adapt to a fast-paced environment with varied tasks.
  • A genuine interest in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, digital workplace solutions, communication, and user adoption.
  • A hands-on, service-minded approach with the ability to take ownership and get things done.
  • Proactive, curious, and comfortable communicating with different stakeholders, presenting ideas, and trying new ways of working.
  • Fluent English language skills are required. Danish language skills are not required but would be an advantage.
  • Ability to work between 15-20 hours a week on agreed fixed days.
