Student Assistant – Non-Clinical Documentation and Submission Management

 

Do you want hands-on experience in a global pharmaceutical company while supporting important regulatory activities? You could be our next Student Assistant in Non-Clinical Documentation and Submission Management at Lundbeck.

 

Your new role

 

As our new Student Assistant, you will support the Non-Clinical Documentation and Submission Management team with a variety of practical and administrative tasks that are essential for ensuring high-quality regulatory submissions. You will gain valuable insight into non-clinical safety documentation and work closely with experienced colleagues in Drug Safety. The role offers a steep learning curve and exposure to processes that support the development of new treatments for people living with brain disorders.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the Drug Safety division with practical and administrative ad hoc tasks
  • Handling courier shipments, work orders, and purchase orders
  • Assisting with onboarding and offboarding of employees
  • Uploading and maintaining study documents in our document repository systems
  • Performing technical quality control of internal and external non-clinical safety study reports to
    ensure Submission readiness

The job will accommodate your study schedule to make sure you get the applied learning you are looking for. Your days will rarely look alike, and you will be able to gain extensive knowledge and insight into the daily life of Non-Clinical Documentation and Submission Management as well as other areas within Drug Safety. You will be part of a small team, with colleagues caring for each other and being proud of what we do.

We are flexible with regards to working hours, 12 hours a week is expected, in peak times up to 20 hours a week. Flexibility around your exams can be arranged with your manager. We expect you to start as soon as possible.
 

Your future team

 

You will join the Non-Clinical Documentation and Submission Management team, which is part of the Drug Safety division within Non-Clinical Safety Research. Drug Safety consists of 28 experienced colleagues with diverse professional backgrounds. Our working culture is open, collegial, and collaborative, and we take pride in supporting each other while delivering high-quality work. You will be part of a small, dedicated team where curiosity, knowledge sharing, and teamwork are key.

The position is based in Copenhagen, Denmark.

What you bring to the team


We are looking for a motivated and structured student who enjoys supporting others and working with details.

 

Ideally, you:

  • Are currently studying for a bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably within a relevant field such as Business Administration.
  • Have experience with MS Word and Adobe Acrobat
  • Communicate fluently in written and spoken English
  • Work in a structured and quality-focused manner with strong attention to detail
  • Are dedicated, task-oriented, and able to handle multiple assignments at the same time
  • Enjoy collaborating with others and bring a positive, curious, and eager-to-learn mindset
