Student Assistant - Specialty & Pipeline, Global Medical Affairs  

 

A position as Student Assistant in Specialty & Pipeline, Global Medical Affairs (GMA) is now available! Your new role

 

As a Student Assistant in GMA, you will find yourself in a great learning environment, where all your direct colleagues are established experts within their fields.  

 

Your work will mainly be with the Operations Manager supporting the Vice President and Specialty and Pipeline Leadership team with project management, budgeting, contracts and execution of medical activities across Lundbeck’s Neuro and Psychiatry specialty products and pipeline assets. In this role you will interact with colleagues from affiliates and other HQ functions. Your key role will be to support administrative tasks including meeting booking, budget accounting, and contracting with healthcare professionals.  

 

Depending on your development and ambitions, we offer a unique opportunity for growth and increased responsibility within the Team. 

 

We anticipate a workload of up to 20 hours per week, with great flexibility to accommodate your schedule, such as during exam periods. However, we also expect dedication and commitment during peak times. You will be part of Global Medical Affairs, reporting to the Vice President of Specialty & Pipeline, and working closely with medical advisors and other operations managers. The position is based in Valby, Denmark. 

 

What you bring to the team

 

Our preferred candidate has the following personal and professional qualifications: 

 

  • Currently pursuing a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree, such as Economics, Business Administration, or Life Sciences
  • Has a minimum of 2 years remaining in their studies
  • Proficient in spoken and written English
  • Skilled in IT office tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Highly structured, detail-oriented, and strong with numbers
  • Demonstrates a proactive mindset and the ability to manage deliverables with attention to detail and timelines
  • Maintains a high level of energy and focus, even under pressure
  • Eager to learn and committed to delivering high-quality work
  • A dedicated team player
