Supply Chain Commercial Partner Manager
Are you ready to shape how Lundbeck collaborates with partners across the globe?
Following a recent transition to a partner-based commercial model across 26 markets, Lundbeck has fundamentally changed how we bring our products to patients in these regions. This shift requires strong coordination, transparency, and governance across our external partners and internal supply chain functions
This is a newly established position, giving you a unique opportunity to scope the role while driving performance, transparency and strong partnerships in our Partner Markets setup.
Your new role
As Supply Chain Commercial Partner Manager, you will play a central role in fully operationalising and anchoring Lundbeck’s new partner-based commercial set-up.
You will act as the primary Supply Chain interface towards the new partners, ensuring stable operations, contractual compliance, and strong cross-functional alignment. Examples of key responsibilities include:
-
Serve as the main Supply Chain point of contact for partners, ensuring structured communication, clear follow-up, and one aligned Lundbeck voice in close collaboration with Commercial.
-
Coordinate internally across Distribution, Planning, QA, Regulatory, Artwork, and Master Data to secure seamless partner support and operational alignment.
-
Translate contractual supply chain terms (e.g. MOQs, lead times, forecast and order frequency) into effective daily operations, monitor compliance, and manage deviations and escalations when required.
-
Own partner-related KPIs (e.g. OTIF, forecast adherence, service levels), drive performance reviews, and proactively identify risks and improvement opportunities.
-
Ensure strong demand and supply coordination by securing timely forecast and order flows, supporting planning alignment, and acting as escalation point during supply constraints or disruptions.
-
Drive cost transparency and optimisation by monitoring distribution cost trends and identifying improvement opportunities across transport and network flows.
This is a role with high visibility and real impact – where you will influence how we work with partners globally and strengthen the foundation of our commercial operating model.
Your future team
You will join Distribution within Global Supply Chain at Lundbeck Headquarter in Valby, working closely with colleagues across Lundbeck’s Commercial function and Supply Chain areas. Our team is characterized by trust, empowerment, a strong sense of accountability, and a culture with high ceilings – where there is room for ideas, dialogue, and ownership. We value proactive mindsets and constructive collaboration, and we support each other in solving complex challenges with a pragmatic and data-driven approach.
The position is based in Copenhagen, Denmark.
What you bring to the team
You bring solid experience from a similar role within Supply Chain, Distribution or a commercial interface, preferable in an international environment. In addition, you bring:
-
The ability to secure fully stable and frictionless operations with Lundbeck’s new commercial partners, including stepping in when critical issues require direct involvement.”

-
Experience with Key Account Management or partner management
-
Strong business understanding and ability to link operational performance to commercial objectives
-
Experience with KPI definition, performance follow-up and governance structures
