Your new role
As a Supply Chain Intern, you will have a unique opportunity to work on both Supplier Management and Supply Chain Optimization projects. You will assist in operational tasks securing supplies from selected suppliers and help identify, investigate, and implement opportunities for process improvements within the supply chain. This role requires a strong focus on stakeholder management, data analysis, attention to detail, strong communication skills and a willingness to learn. To be successful in this role, you should be comfortable working independently and cross-functionally with our stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Support Supplier Management activities to ensure a reliable supply of materials.
- Assist in the analysis of supply chain data to identify trends and areas for optimization.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders, both internal & external, to gather requirements and feedback.
- Participate in supply chain optimization projects, contributing ideas and insights.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
Your future team
Internal Supplies, External Supply Chain is a part of Supply Chain, and our office is located in Valby. You will join our team of 15 colleagues, a dedicated team that takes pride in ensuring reliable supply operations and strong supplier performance, all within a collaborative and informal work environment that values both results and team spirit.

The position is based in Valby, Copenhagen.
The internship is full time and time limited for 5 months starting in Q1 2026.
What you bring to the team
- Currently pursuing a Diploma in Engineering or a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Desire to work with suppliers to secure supplies ensuring our global patient needs are met.
- Ability to work independently and cross-functionally with stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English
- Strong analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with Power BI, SAP ERP, Kinaxis Maestro or other data and business analysis tools is a plus.
