Supply Chain Planner

Your new role

 

You will be responsible for operational planning activities for selected finished goods production lines at Lundbeck’s internal production site in Valby. Your tasks will include production scheduling, maintenance of planning parameters, coordination of supply issues, and daily collaboration with stakeholders across Production, Quality, Warehouse and other Supply Chain functions. The position provides strong opportunities to build cross-functional relationships and deepen your supply chain understanding.

 

You will work with both recurring operational tasks and ad hoc challenges that require structure, analytical thinking, and proactive communication. You will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and problem-solving activities.

 

Your future team

 

Supply Planning DK consists of fourteen employees and is located at Lundbeck’s headquarter in Valby, Denmark. The team is part of the Supply Chain organization, which employs more than 100 colleagues across Denmark and France.

 

We work closely together to ensure stable product supply for patients worldwide.

What you bring to the team

 

  • You enjoy working with operational planning and daily tasks
  • You thrive in a dynamic environment where priorities can change quickly
  • You have experience with operational production planning or supply planning
  • You are analytical and comfortable working with data to support decisions and prioritization
  • You communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with stakeholders across functions
  • You take initiative to solve issues and improve processes locally and across the organization
  • You have experience working with planning systems such as SAP S/4HANA, Kinaxis Maestro or similar tools
  • You are proficient in Excel and comfortable working with digital tools and systems
  • You speak and write Danish and English fluently

 

Experience from a pharmaceutical or other regulated production environment is an advantage, but not a requirement.

Annual base salary range: 582 000 - 799 700 DKK gross

 

At Lundbeck, we are committed to fair and transparent pay. Please note that the final base salary within the stated range will be based on relevant qualifications, skills, competencies, and level of proficiency as well as internal pay equity.
