Your new role
You will drive tactical planning processes for our Danish and French factories, including capacity planning, inventory evaluation and coordination during supply issues. Use your supply chain experience, data-driven approach, and communication skills to support management decisions in Pharmaceutical Production and Supply Chain. Manage demand planning for specific regions, ensuring accurate forecasts through collaboration with Sales Affiliates and Partners. Additionally, you will lead local and cross-functional problem-solving and improvement initiatives.
Your future team
Supply Planning DK consists of ten employees and is located at Lundbeck’s headquarter in Valby, Denmark. It is a part of the business unit Supply Chain, which employs 100+ people in Denmark and France.
You will join a team that is focused on ensuring that Lundbeck produces the right goods in the right quantities at the right time to ensure product availability for patients all over the world.
You will also be part of a team that is committed to supporting one another, continuously improving processes, and making time to enjoy shared moments of fun.
What you bring to the team
- You enjoy daily supply chain operations with a mix of well-defined and self-directed tasks.
- You are analytical and have experience using data to drive decisions.
- You communicate complex issues clearly, driving decisions across stakeholders.
- You take initiative to solve issues and improve processes locally and across the organization.
- You are confident in using planning systems (E.g., S4HANA, Kinaxis Maestro, Excel)
- You are experienced in planning processes and understand supply chain operations within a production company.
- You are proficient in Danish and English (written & spoken).
