Talent Acquisition Partner
Copenhagen, Danish Capital Region, DK
Talent Acquisition Partner
Are you an experienced recruiter who takes pride in being a trusted advisor and delivering great hires? Are you curious about business priorities, team needs and talent markets, and are you motivated to translate that knowledge into hands-on recruitment delivery?
We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner who combines a partnering mindset with strong recruitment delivery to join our Global Talent Acquisition team in HQ, based in Copenhagen, Denmark.
Your new role
You will partner with selected business areas and manage end-to-end recruitment to attract, assess, and hire talent across levels at Lundbeck. You will own and drive the recruitment process, working closely with colleagues in our Group Business Services (GBS) center in Krakow to deliver a smooth and efficient recruitment process and an excellent experience for candidates and hiring managers.
Working closely with hiring managers and People & Culture Business Partners, you will build an understanding of current and future talent needs and ensure that our recruitment efforts align with Lundbeck’s strategy and priorities. As a part of Talent Acquisition, you will contribute to the ongoing development of our services in line with evolving business needs.
Your key responsibilities will be to:
- Drive professional end-to-end recruitment for selected business areas – from intake meetings and sourcing through screening, interviews and offers, with discretion and confidentiality
- Advise hiring managers with market insights and clear, timely communication
- Implement effective sourcing techniques to identify high-quality talent and build pipelines
- Contribute to strategic projects and initiatives driven by TA and across People, Culture & Sustainability (PC&S) and support hiring managers through change
- Act as an ambassador for Lundbeck and participate in relevant local employer branding initiatives
The position is based at our headquarters in Copenhagen, Denmark. We offer flexible working hours and the ability to work from home, but regular on-site presence is required to accommodate in-person interviews. Fully remote applications will not be considered.
Your future team
You will join a truly international Talent Acquisition team of 14 colleagues working across borders – 7 in Copenhagen and 7 in Krakow, Poland. You will work closely with individual team members in both locations to ensure that we meet our hiring needs and contribute to shared team goals.
Joining our team also means becoming part of our larger People, Culture & Sustainability team of 60+ colleagues. We collaborate daily across our different functions, and if you ask us why we enjoy working at Lundbeck, you’ll hear the same answer again and again – it’s our people and culture!
What you bring to the team
You bring solid Talent Acquisition experience from a global matrix organization and are comfortable switching between an advisory role and hands-on execution. You take ownership, follow through consistently and support hiring managers with healthy challenge with a focus on finding the right long-term match.
You are adaptable and resilient, demonstrated through experience navigating ambiguity or larger organizational transformations.
Your experience includes:
- At least 5 years of recruitment experience in a global matrix organization
- Proven ability to build trusting relationships with hiring managers and senior leaders
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and prioritize multiple projects, candidates and activities, sometimes on tight deadlines
- A structured, yet flexible, approach, adapting as needs or information changes
- Flexibility to accommodate candidate and hiring manager schedules
- Sourcing and assessment experience
- Fluency in English
