  • Analyzing and interpreting validation data to document quality and compliance during transportation of Lundbeck products
  • Supporting worldwide transport validation activities across Lundbeck subsidiaries
  • Staying current on thermal shipping solutions and logger technologies through proactive dialogue with R&D, suppliers and freight forwarders with the focus to increase compliance or reduce costs
  • Supporting Quality Management Systems and compliance management activities, including change controls, deviations, complaints, and collaboration on corrective and preventative actions.

This role offers the opportunity to influence Lundbeck’s global distribution setup and help drive compliant, innovative, and robust transport solutions for products reaching patients worldwide.

Your future team

You will join the Process Support team, consisting of eight skilled colleagues who support the organization with freight forwarder and 3PL agreements, SAP support for order-to-cash and warehouse management, and distribution strategy for new products and high-value shipments.

The Process Support team is part of Distribution, Supply Chain, and is based at Lundbeck’s headquarters in Valby, Denmark.

Job level will be dependent on expertise within the area.

  • You hold a relevant master’s degree, for example within pharmaceutical sciences, biology, quality management, chemical engineering, supply chain, logistics, or another relevant field
  • You bring solid experience from the pharmaceutical industry, ideally from a role involving quality, supply chain, validation, logistics, or distribution
