Veeva Platform Specialist
Do you want to take ownership of a business-critical platform that supports vital processes? We are looking for an experienced Veeva Platform Specialist to join our Global IT team – someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is ready to shape the future of our Veeva platform.
Your new role
In this newly established combined role you will interact with a broad landscape of stakeholders on different organizational levels. You are expected to challenge the organization, the governance processes and to continuously develop and improve our Veeva platform governance structure as well as our ways of working in Global IT.
You will facilitate release planning, configuration, testing, validation, and deployment of new features and system changes to ensure that the platform is maintained and evolving to meet business needs. You will also govern the Veeva platform ownership in close collaboration with your dedicated colleagues in Global IT and in the business.
Alongside with the Veeva Platform Specialist role you will act as IT Project Manager and execute pre-projects and implementation projects in Lundbeck’s R&D organization.
Your future team
Business IT Delivery is part of Global IT, and our office is located in Valby, Copenhagen. You will be part of a strong Global IT team of IT Project Managers and Solution Architects who take pride in supporting Lundbeck’s R&D organization within Solution Architecture, Project Management and laboratory IT.
Our culture is characterized by a strong R&D IT mindset. We take pride in the role we have as advisors to the business when it comes to technology decisions, solution architecture and IT governance. We ar also a team of experienced IT Project Managers ensuring that IT implementation projects are effectively executed in the R&D organization.
The position is based in Copenhagen, Denmark and is not a remote opportunity.
What you bring to the team
You bring a strong background working with Veeva Vaults in a regulated environment. You are structured, proactive, and have excellent communication skills. You enjoy working with both business stakeholders and IT professionals to ensure a high-performing, well-governed system platform.
Your experience with Veeva should include:
- Governing Veeva Global IT platform ownership.
- Leading and contributing to the optimization and innovation of Veeva Vaults, and their related processes in line of business.
- Facilitating and contributing to daily system & release management work: configure, implement and validate new system features and functions across Global IT and the business.
- Maintaining Veeva platform documentation.
Your Project Management experience should include:
- Leading pre-projects and mature proposals for IT investments to build strong IT Business cases.
- Executing implementation projects and proactively manage scope, timeline, quality, budget, risks, issues and actions.
