Your new role – why is this a great opportunity?
Lundbeck will make use of an experienced and highly qualified external implementation partner to secure a timely and successful implementation. The implementation partner will deliver a team that together with the Lundbeck team will lead the implementation.

You will lead the global implementation of Veeva Quality Docs & Vault training across Lundbeck and be responsible for ensuring collaboration with the implementation partner.

You will build and lead a high-performing team to support the implementation and future operations of the system.

You will engage and manage stakeholders at all levels of the organization to ensure readiness and successful adoption of the digital transformation.

You will develop and execute a comprehensive implementation plan, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

You will monitor and report on the progress of the implementation, addressing any issues or challenges that arise.

You will ensure that the organization is prepared for the digital transformation and that all necessary training and support are provided.
Your future team
You will be the direct manager of a small team that will potentially grow as Lundbeck continue its journey with Veeva.
You will join the business area Corporate Product Quality which is responsible for ensuring Quality for the commercial Product portfolio at Lundbeck. Reporting to the Vice President, you will be part of the Corporate Product Quality Assurance leadership team.
The position is based in Lundbeck headquarter in Valby, Denmark. The implementation is global. However, travelling will be limited.
What you bring to the team

You have proven experience in successfully driving global implementations of Veeva Quality Docs & Vault training.

You are an experience people manager, and you possess strong leadership skills with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams.

You have the ability to manage and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

You are experienced in digital transformation and readiness.

You have strong project management skills.

You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
