SUMMARY:

The Senior Manager, Access Marketing, is responsible for the development and execution of the VYPETI access marketing strategy while ensuring alignment with the brand strategy for provider and office staff tactics.  In this role, the individual will develop marketing content as well as create and analyze key performance indicators that will assess the effectiveness of the execution tactics and plan.  They collaborate with others responsible for the HUB, Copay program, and Distribution process to incorporate materials and messages within the overall strategy and tactical plan.  The individual is expected to maintain a comprehensive understanding of and work within the legal, regulatory, and compliance guidance for the development of promotional tactics and messages. 

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • In collaboration with the brand team and other key stakeholders, formulates strategy, identifies potential tactical initiatives, enhances market access programs and develops metrics for measuring/improving program execution.
  • Partners with marketing, sales, field reimbursement specialists, and analytics team to create and deliver tactics that optimize the access process for providers and patients. 
  • Manages the agency of record to ensure alignment of priorities, development of materials, and tactical execution within the allotted budget.
  • Collaborates with Patient Services team to deliver needed content and materials for seamless pull through on various delivery channels (website, field reimbursement, etc).
  • Maintains working knowledge of the buy and bill process and assignment of benefit process and the implications for physicians and office staff utilizing VYEPTI.
  • Coordinates, ensures and as necessary conducts training for the field sales and field reimbursement specialists on the tactics and messages. 
  • Supports execution of overall brand marketing strategy by ensuring all activities are aligned with and executed in accordance with the larger strategic plan, and guides access marketing priorities.
  • Manages within budget expectations.

 

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE and SKILLS:

  • Accredited Bachelor’s degree
  • 8+ years experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
  • Experience creating and executing access strategy, which includes the use of pharmaceutical data sources (IMS, Symphony Health, Fingertip Formulary, MMIT, HSG, etc.)
  • Experience addressing the access needs of physicians and create tactics that inform and educate the provider on access solutions
  • Proven ability to distill complex information into concise and impactful messages/presentations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to rollout marketing and training materials
  • Highly collaborative with the ability to build strong relationships and influence without authority

 

PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE and SKILLS:

  • Experience in Sales, Marketing, Market Access Marketing, Analytics, Field Reimbursement Specialist, or Training in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry

 

TRAVEL

  • Willingness/Ability to travel up to 20% domestically. International travel may be required.

 

The range displayed is specifically for those potential hires who will work or reside in the state of Colorado, if selected for this role, and may vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and proficiency for the role. Salary Pay Range: $150,000 - $175,000 and eligibility for a 15% bonus target based on company and individual performance, and eligibility to participate in the company's long-term incentive plan. Benefits for this position include flexible paid time off (PTO), health benefits to include Medical, Dental and Vision, and company match 401k.
