RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB:

1. Support the national launch strategy and brand strategy making; Explore the route of management and coordination in GBA and Boao Lecheng pilots zones; Supporting 2026 BP, especially GBA strategy making.
支持全国上市策略及品牌策略的制定;探索大湾区及博鳌乐城试验区的管理和协调路径;支持 2026BP 的制定,特别是大湾区策略部分的制定;
2. Participate national level IBT and working groups; Build the model of GBA & Boao IBT with monthly local cross-functional meetings; and support the regular meeting with HQ marketing.

3. Support the implementation of the central market strategy in GBA and Boao and providing the insights from these regions back to central to optimize the formal national launch of Eptinezumab. Including providing relevant market analysis reports, summarizing relevant product information in the field, providing reference for the central market strategy update.
支持中央市场策略在大湾区及博鳌乐城相关区域的实施和落地执行,并将这些区域的洞察返回总部从而优化艾普奈珠单抗的全国上市。包括通过提供相关的市场分析报告,汇总领域相关产品信息,为中央市场上市及品牌战略更新提供参考。
4. Drive the local IBT to develop the action plan for GBA and Boao projects , including leading and coordinating the regional cross-functional team to accomplish the GBA/Boao-related hospitals application process (listing request submission from clinical’s department, promoting the approval of pharmaceutical committee, medical committee, ethics committee), Regulatory committee review from GD-MPA, and hospital procurement process, etc.
负责区域跨部门团队制定大湾区及博鳌乐城项目业务开展行动计划。包括,领导并协调区域跨部门团队完成相关医院申报流程(临床提单、推动药事会、医务会、伦理会议审批)、药监部门委员会审核、医院采购等工作。
5. Responsible for leading the establishment of GBA regional KOL list; Managing the cooperation with regional KOLs of related hospitals with regular visit to get the insight of GBA KOL managing model; Assisting in medical disease education, supporting carrying out product training/product related scientific communication with KOLs.
负责领导制定区域 KOL 名单;通过日常拜访,建立大湾区及博鳌乐城相关医院KOL 的合作及管理,获得在大湾区及博鳌 KOL 管理的模式;支持对于 KOL 开展产品培训/产品沟通等相关工作。
6. Responsible for leading the establishment of GBA and Boao HCP list; Supporting the product related scientific training and communication for HCPs in GBA and Boao approved hospitals under the guidance of compliance, and supporting related hospitals to
conduct third-party cooperation meetings; Summarize doctors' feedback on patients' medication and exchange of medication experience and communicate back to support the national strategy making.
负责领导制定大湾区及博鳌区域的 HCP 名单;在合规指导下,支持完成大湾区及博鳌乐城项目医院产品培训、产品教育,支持相关医院的第三方合作项目;及时汇总医生对于患者用药的反馈及用药经验交流,并反馈回中央 IBT 以支持全国品牌策略的制定。
7. Responsible for the management of national and local projects, including the 3rd party support and management of “Patient Care” project and the regular report back to Lundbeck
负责进行全国性及区域性项目的管理,包括第三方会议的支持,患者关爱项目的落地执行,对灵北定期交付项目洞察的报告。
8. Actively communicate and coordinate with the Hong Kong team, including establishing channels and platforms for HCPs in GBA approved hospitals to exchange information about disease treatment and product use with Hong Kong experts; Coordinate the timely
supply of drugs and other related matters;
积极与香港团队沟通协调与 GBA 相关的医生教育,信息交流,药品供应等事宜。
REQUIREMENT:
岗位要求
- Bachelor or above degree;
本科及以上学历;
- At least 2 years of pharmaceutical industry regional marketing and/or above 3 years sales/sales management related experience, background of CNS is preferable;
至少 2 年制药领域区域市场或 3 年以上销售/销售管理相关经验。有 CNS 领域经验优先;
- Good compliance awareness and risk management capabilities; 良好的合规意识和风险管理能力
- Good leadership on cross-functional communication and coordination; 良好的跨部门沟通和协调的领导力;
- Good capability of KOL management and HCP communication skills; 良好的 KOL 管理及 HCP 沟通能力;
- Good project management skill; 良好的项目管理能力;
- Fluent in reading & written English is preferable; 良好的英语阅读和书写能力优先。
