Assistant Sales Manager (Private Sector)

POSITION SUMMARY
The position is responsible for leading team of private sector to promote Lundbeck products to KOLs in private and Macau sectors to achieve sales target and to drive the sales growth.
To execute marketing and scientific activities. Working closely with different functional teams to drive business growth.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be part of the Company’s sales team – private sector, to generate revenues in meeting pre-set business objective
- To monitor subordinates & lead the team in performing daily sales routines with high standard and in compliance with Code of Conduct / local regulatory requirement
- To supervise subordinates by setting clear goal, expectation, working plans and standard
- To build close and healthy relationship with existing clients and cultivate partnership relationship with KOLs & gatekeepers
- To prepare sales target and forecast on products’ demand
- To implement sales strategies and assist in execution of marketing strategies
- To lead the team by setting examples in accomplishing work
- To assess, coach for continuous competencies development & performance excellence of subordinates
- To provide feedback, comment and suggestion to non-sales stakeholders
- To assist in execution of marketing / medical related activities in the field
- To assist in market access of new products
- To provide market insight, customer insight and competitors’ insight
- To take the lead or champion of company project when assigned
- To be active contributor and effective coach on digital reporting tool, e.g. Veeva, Qlik
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree holder in Science, Medical subjects or equivalent required, with at least 10 years in pharmaceutical sales management
- Exposure in CNS and neuro-rare disease market are advantage
- Self-driven and result-oriented with passion to build long-term career in the medical and healthcare industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
