We are looking for a focused and responsible Corporate Financial Controller who will develop and grow capabilities in Group Consolidation process, supporting high-quality and timely financial reporting for Lundbeck at Group level.
In this role, you will work closely with experienced finance professionals and gain hands-on exposure to Group closing, IFRS-based reporting and a planned consolidation system implementation project.

As a Corporate Financial Controller, you will support the monthly, quarterly and annual Group closing processes, ensuring accurate, timely and compliant consolidated financial reporting.
You will work closely with GBS Senior Corporate Financial Controllers, the Group Finance Senior Manager and Group Finance teams, contributing directly to the quality of Lundbeck’s Group financial results used by Executive Management and external stakeholders.
Your responsibilities will include working in Group consolidation and reporting systems (currently BPC), validating reporting packages, posting consolidated journal entries and supporting audit-related activities.
During the coming year, Lundbeck is planning a project to implement a new consolidation system, and you will have the opportunity to actively support this initiative, gaining hands-on experience in a project and transformation environment.
This temporary 1-year role offers a strong learning curve in IFRS, Group consolidation and finance transformation, within a complex, international organization.
Your future team
You will join a three-member Consolidation Team within the Accounting to Reporting (A2R) process at Lundbeck GBS Krakow, a key finance function responsible for Group consolidation and financial reporting.
The team works in close collaboration with Group Finance and Local Finance teams across Lundbeck globally, ensuring high-quality and consistent group reporting.

What you bring to the team
Your professional background and experience include:
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of overall experience in financial accounting or reporting, preferably in a multi-entity or international environment.
- Practical understanding of IFRS and financial reporting principles.
- Experience with Group reporting or consolidation activities, including journal entries and reporting validations.
- Hands-on experience with ERP and reporting tools (e.g. SAP, BPC, BW, BI).
- Strong Excel skills and fluency in English (C1).
- ACCA/CIMA is an asset.
- Analytical and detail-oriented, with a strong ability to work confidently with complex financial data.
- Strong sense of ownership, able to manage deadlines effectively while remaining flexible in a dynamic. environment with changing priorities.
- Creative and enthusiastic, continuously seeking opportunities to improve ways of working and optimize processes.
- Curious, proactive, and motivated to develop skills, including gaining hands-on experience in project work and system implementation activities.
