Purpose of the role


If you are passionate about working with people and have proven experience in the recruitment area - that’s great, as currently, we are looking for a person for the position of Talent Acquisition Specialist; however, if you have broad experience in the recruitment area, a Senior position might also be discussed.


The main purpose of the role is to provide timely and high-quality recruitment processes for all departments in Lundbeck GBS Krakow. The key aspects of this position are: to attract and select the most qualified candidates for job vacancies who fit Lundbeck’s organizational culture, in close cooperation with hiring managers, and to ensure a good pipeline of potential candidates for future recruitment needs.

 

Your job and key responsibilities

 

  • Acting as a trustworthy expert in the field of recruitment: helping managers to identify their recruitment needs, discussing the recruitment methods and strategy, guiding managers through the end-to-end recruitment process
  • Performing interviews and participating in recruitment meetings, providing recommendations on hiring matters, presenting offers to candidates
  • Monitoring labor market condition and suggesting solutions addressing recruitment needs, contributing to GBS recruitment strategy
  • Tracking and measuring recruitment activities
  • Ensuring that all recruitment standards and procedures in Lundbeck GBS Krakow are in line with Lundbeck Global Recruitment Standards and up to date with the GDPR and Polish Labor Code
  • Upgrading hiring managers’ competences in terms of recruitment using different methods
  • Participating in additional activities supporting recruitment (including employer branding activities in terms of recruitment, e.g. creating recruitment content for social media, representing Lundbeck in job fairs)
  • Proactively searching for improvements in the recruitment process, implementing optimizations according to the continuous improvement agenda

 

Our preferred candidate has the following personal and professional qualifications

 

  • Min. 3 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition in an international company with high ethical standards
  • University degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology or equivalent
  • Experience in conducting end-to-end recruitment in close collaboration with hiring managers
  • Knowledge and experience in competency based interviewing and behavioral interviewing
  • Good understanding of local labor market
  • English at C1 (another European language is welcome)
  • SHL OPQ talent assessment certification would be an asset
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, team player
  • Mature attitude towards challenges and problem solving 
  • Being able to manage pressure effectively and cope well with setbacks
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment to tight deadlines and with switching priorities
  • Proactive in terms of improving ways of working
