Your new role – why is this a great opportunity?
As a BI Developer, you will play an important role in supporting Lundbeck’s data-driven transformation by delivering scalable and user-focused Power BI solutions. You will work end-to-end on BI development – from understanding business needs and analysing data sources to building semantic models, dashboards, and impactful visualizations.
You will collaborate with international stakeholders and contribute to solutions that improve decision-making across the organization. This role offers a great opportunity to deepen your expertise in Power BI, DAX, SQL, and modern data platforms such as Snowflake and Microsoft Fabric, while working in agile delivery teams.
We value curiosity and continuous learning, so you will also have space to explore AI-supported ways of working, propose improvements, and develop your technical and business understanding over time.
Your future team
You will join the Data Analytics Office under Service Excellence & Innovation area in Lundbeck GBS Krakow and become part of a collaborative and supportive Data Analytics environment. Our team combines technical expertise with a strong business mindset, and we enjoy solving complex challenges together.
What you bring to the team
- 2–3 years of experience working with Power BI, including data modelling, DAX, and Power Query.
- Good knowledge of SQL and experience working with data warehouse or ERP environments.
- Experience building dashboards, datasets, and reports that support business decision-making.
- Professional communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- You are curious and eager to continuously develop your technical and analytical skills.
- You take accountability for your work and proactively look for solutions and improvements.
- You are adaptable and comfortable working in a dynamic, agile, and collaborative environment.
- You combine analytical thinking with attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset.

Annual base salary range:110 400 - 151 800 PLN gross.
At Lundbeck, we are committed to fair and transparent pay. Please note that the final base salary within the stated range will be based on relevant qualifications, skills, competencies, and level of proficiency as well as internal pay equity.
