Communications & Change Consultant (9-month contract)

Your new role
You will work with senior stakeholders to implement changes that add significant value to the business. We are now in the process of implementing ServiceNow, IT service management platform, where you will have the opportunity to:

Lead end-to-end change management activities that maximize employee adoption and usage.

Develop and implement change management and communications strategies and plans based on the stakeholder mapping and analysis.

Identify and manage anticipated resistance to change.

Prepare training needs analysis, training plan and communications materials.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management initiatives and make necessary adjustments.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve the desired outcomes of the project implementation.
The role is envisaged as a 9-month contract ending in August 2025.
What you bring to the team
-
Change management experience, minimum 5 years, with specific knowledge and working experience with organizational culture, design, transformation.

Expertise in Change Management methodology (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, or equivalent).

English at C1 level

Experience with ServiceNow or similar IT Service Management/large-scale systems is an advantage.

Change Management certification (e.g., Prosci or equivalent) is an advantage.

Proficiency in MS Office suite of applications
