Your new role – why is this a great opportunity?

 

The main purpose of the role is to support Subject Matter Experts and IT Experts in Business Process and System Support team in their daily tasks related to technical support Finance, Procurement and HR systems. Main responsibilities concentrate around finance master data and user access maintenance, general technical support, documentation, and reporting.

 

Your future team

 

The Business Process and System Support team is a group of 12 professionals providing technical expertise in Finance, Procurement and HR systems globally. Every day, we work closely together and collaborate with Line of Business stakeholders, IT experts and vendors to ensure high-quality support and excellent communication at every step of the process.

 

What you bring to the team

 

  • Currently studying (preferred 3rd year).
  • Completed 1 internship program (would be an asset).
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite with strong focus on Excel.
  • Very good English (B2).
  • Availability: minimum 25 hours per week.
  • Strong motivation to gain experience in IT for Finance, Procurement and HR systems.
  • High engagement and focus on achieving goals.
  • Detail-oriented.
