Purpose of the role:

We are currently seeking a Finance Specialist acting as an independent Finance Operations generalist ensuring the delivery of all finance operations processes in scope. The individual will connect, communicate and interact with employees and managers in EU regarding queries related to Finance.

 

Your job and key responsibilities:
As Finance Specialist in Lundbeck GBS Kraków you will:

  • Respond to vendor queries via email and phone
  • Process and reconcile invoices and Travel Expense documents in workflow
  • Handle conferences process for doctors
  • Perform internal controls including month-end activities according to control framework
  • Assure standard processes are executed within the team according to the procedures
  • Participate in and lead improvement projects and identify areas for improvement within the process
  • Contribute to building pro-active, can-do attitude within the team and high preforming culture of the Company
  • Build and maintain relationships with various Business Stakeholders

Qualifications:

Our preferred candidate has the following personal and professional qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in accounts payable and/or travel expenses process
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and with switching priorities
  • Proactive approach to problem solving and creativity in improving ways of working
  • Required languages: English
