In the position of Global Process and Technology Expert (GP&TE) for Source to Pay, your focus will be on standardizing and optimizing S2P processes, facilitating significant enhancements throughout the function.

You will manage key technology initiatives, ensure data accuracy across systems, and collaborate with stakeholders to align S2P processes with organizational goals. This role offers the chance to enhance compliance, drive continuous improvement, and stay updated with emerging technologies. Your future team

As a Global Process and Technology Expert, you will join a small, dedicated team of three members which is a part of Procurement Excellence team. 

What you bring to the team

• 5+ years of experience as SME, consultant, or technical analyst supporting Source to Pay or other enterprise systems/processes.

• Advanced technical expertise in S2P processes and technology stack, certifications in S2P Platforms (e.g. Ariba, Concur) are a plus.

• Experience in process analysis, optimization, and management within a global organization.

• Ability to monitor and report on KPIs, process compliance, and system utilization metrics.

• Ability to develop and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and training materials.

• Effective at collaborating with stakeholders across various departments.

• Experience in ensuring compliance with internal controls, policies, and external regulations.

• Knowledge of emerging technologies and trends to enhance S2P outcomes.

• Effective communication skills (English)
