The purpose of this role is to support and execute Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Group closing and consolidation processes while ensuring accurate, timely and IFRS-compliant financial reporting for Lundbeck Group. The position combines operational responsibility for consolidation and reporting activities with technical accounting knowledge and active collaboration with finance stakeholders across the organization. You will contribute to maintaining high reporting quality, improving processes and systems, and supporting reliable financial information used for decision-making across the business.
As a member of the team, you will:
- Execute Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Group closing and consolidation activities in line with Group reporting timelines
- Prepare and review consolidated financial reporting packages, reconciliations and supporting documentation in compliance with IFRS requirements
- Review and analyze financial data submitted by headquarters and subsidiaries to ensure reporting accuracy and consistency
- Support assessment and documentation of selected technical accounting and IFRS matters
- Support implementation of new IFRS requirements and changes in Group accounting policies
- Cooperate closely with Group Finance, Business Controllers and local finance teams on reporting and accounting topics
- Contribute to standardization and continuous improvement initiatives related to consolidation, reporting processes and financial systems
- Maintain and improve reporting controls, process documentation and working instructions
- Support internal and external audit activities by providing reporting data and accounting documentation
- Contribute to automation and efficiency improvements within reporting and consolidation processes
- Work with advanced financial reporting and consolidation systems while developing both operational and technical finance expertise in an international environment
- Play an active role in implementation and transition to new Group reporting and consolidation systems
Your future team
You will join the Consolidation Team within the Accounting to Reporting process organization, based in Krakow and closely connected with senior finance stakeholders at Lundbeck headquarters in Denmark. The team currently consists of four experienced and highly skilled finance professionals who combine strong expertise in Group reporting, consolidation and IFRS with a collaborative and supportive way of working.
What you bring to the team
- University degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent
- Accounting qualifications preferred (ACCA, ACA, CPA, CIMA, CIA)
- Several years of experience within group reporting, consolidation or external audit in an international environment
- Solid knowledge of IFRS and practical understanding of consolidated financial reporting processes
- Hands-on experience with consolidation and reporting systems
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with large financial data sets
- English at B2/C1 level, both written and spoken

Annual base salary range: 174 100 - 239 470 PLN gross
At Lundbeck, we are committed to fair and transparent pay. Please note that the final base salary within the stated range will be based on relevant qualifications, skills, competencies, and level of proficiency as well as internal pay equity.
